This is a targeted programme of 6 x 1hr sessions of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/Tapping)
EFT can be described as Acupuncture WITHOUT the needles - we TAP instead!
Developed in the 1980's many thousands of people have benefited from its effective and long lasting results.
If you struggle with your emotions - anxiety/stress/overwhelm, then EFT relieves the physical symptoms and releases the negative thoughts and emotions that are at the source of the anxiety.
